Agreement to These Terms
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of websites, applications, software, platforms, products, services, APIs, content, communications, and other offerings operated or made available by Plaza Development Group (“PDG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
For purposes of these Terms, PDG offerings may include offerings operated under PDG subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, brands, projects, product names, and service names, including ENID, ENID Weather, ENID applications, and related services.
By accessing or using a PDG service, you agree to these Terms and any service-specific terms applicable to that service.
If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.
2. Service-Specific Terms
Certain products and services may be governed by additional terms, notices, policies, licenses, or agreements.
Where service-specific terms conflict with these General Terms, the service-specific terms control with respect to that particular service.
Separate policies may govern privacy, acceptable use, data processing, subscriptions, APIs, emergency features, third-party services, and other specialized matters.
3. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
If you use a PDG service on behalf of a company, agency, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to the applicable terms.
4. Accounts
Certain services may require an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law.
You may not transfer account access to another person when such transfer is prohibited by the applicable service.
PDG may require authentication, multifactor authentication, credential resets, or other security measures.
5. Availability of Services
PDG may add, modify, update, suspend, discontinue, replace, restrict, or remove any service, feature, integration, data source, platform, application, or functionality.
Services may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, network failures, cybersecurity events, governmental actions, natural events, or other circumstances.
PDG does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability unless expressly stated in a separate written service-level agreement.
6. Beta, Preview, Experimental and Development Features
PDG may make beta, development, experimental, early-access, preview, or testing features available.
Such features may be incomplete, unstable, changed without notice, or discontinued.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, beta or experimental functionality is provided without any guarantee of continued availability or compatibility.
7. Third-Party Services
PDG services may interact with, display information from, link to, integrate with, or depend upon third-party products, platforms, networks, software, applications, data providers, cloud services, government services, and telecommunications systems.
Those services may be subject to separate terms imposed by the applicable third party.
PDG does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent operation, availability, accuracy, policies, or actions.
Additional provisions appear in the Third-Party Services & Data Sources terms.
8. Software and Applications
Software supplied by PDG is licensed rather than sold unless expressly stated otherwise.
Subject to these Terms and any service-specific license, PDG grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for its intended purpose.
No ownership interest in PDG software, source code, trademarks, systems, data compilations, or intellectual property is transferred to you.
9. Updates
Applications and services may receive updates, patches, security fixes, configuration changes, compatibility updates, or new versions.
Some updates may be necessary for continued operation or security.
Older versions may eventually become unsupported.
10. Intellectual Property
PDG and its licensors retain all rights in PDG websites, applications, software, designs, interfaces, graphics, documentation, databases, compilations, branding, trademarks, service marks, logos, proprietary technology, and original content.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, redistribute, license, sell, modify, reverse engineer, remove proprietary notices from, or create derivative commercial offerings from PDG proprietary materials.
Additional provisions appear in the Intellectual Property & Brand Terms.
11. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, recommendations, or other feedback concerning a PDG service, you authorize PDG to use that feedback to develop, improve, operate, and promote its products and services without compensation to you.
This does not transfer ownership of content that you submit for another purpose.
12. No Professional Advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise, information made available through PDG services is provided for informational and technological purposes.
PDG does not provide legal, medical, financial, engineering, emergency-management, meteorological certification, law-enforcement, or other licensed professional advice merely by making information available through a service.
Users are responsible for obtaining professional advice when appropriate.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PDG SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
PDG DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PERMITTED BY LAW.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PDG AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE A PDG SERVICE.
This includes, where legally permitted, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of opportunity, loss or corruption of data, or reliance upon unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate information.
Any limitation that is prohibited by applicable law will apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold PDG harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of a PDG service, your material violation of applicable terms, or content you submit in violation of another person’s rights.
This provision does not apply where prohibited by law.
16. Suspension or Termination
PDG may suspend or terminate access to a service where reasonably necessary because of security concerns, legal requirements, material violations of applicable terms, nonpayment where applicable, misuse, threats to infrastructure, or discontinuation of a service.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
17. Changes to These Terms
PDG may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be posted with an updated revision date.
Where required by law or contract, additional notice will be provided before material changes take effect.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Venue for disputes that may lawfully be assigned by contract will be located in [COUNTY, STATE], unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
19. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
20. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive PDG’s right to enforce that provision later.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable service-specific agreements and referenced policies, form the agreement governing use of the applicable PDG service.

1. Introduction
Plaza Development Group respects the privacy of individuals who interact with our websites, applications, software, services, and products.
This Privacy Policy explains how Plaza Development Group and applicable PDG-operated brands and services may collect, use, disclose, and protect information.
It includes services operated under names such as ENID and ENID Weather where this policy is displayed or incorporated.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending upon the service and features used, we may collect:
Account Information

Location permissions are generally controlled through your device or operating system.
Information You Submit
Information you voluntarily provide through support requests, feedback, forms, field reports, observations, uploads, or other interactive features.
Security and Administrative Records
PDG systems may generate security events, administrative records, authentication records, audit records, service logs, and similar records used to operate and protect systems.
Service Interaction Information
We may record information reasonably necessary to understand whether a service or feature is functioning, troubleshoot technical problems, secure systems, or fulfill user requests.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- provide and operate services;
- authenticate users;
- maintain account security;
- provide location-dependent features requested by a user;
- deliver alerts or notifications;
- provide technical support;
- troubleshoot failures;
- maintain system security;
- prevent abuse or fraud;
- improve reliability and functionality;
- administer applications and updates;
- comply with legal obligations;
- protect users, PDG, and others;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
4. Location Information
Location may be particularly important to certain ENID functionality, including mapping, field operations, weather information, or emergency tools.
PDG does not guarantee the accuracy of location information supplied by a device, network, or third-party provider.
Where technically available, users may disable location permissions through their device settings, although doing so may prevent location-dependent features from working.
5. Information Sharing
PDG may share information when reasonably necessary with:
Service Providers
Companies that provide infrastructure, hosting, communications, security, software, support, notification, mapping, or other services to PDG.
Legal and Safety Requests
PDG may disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or when permitted by law to address an emergency, security event, threat, fraud, or protection of rights.
Corporate Transactions
Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
At Your Direction
Information may be disclosed where you request or authorize the disclosure.
6. Sale of Personal Information
PDG does not treat ordinary disclosure to infrastructure and operational service providers as a sale merely because those providers process information on PDG’s behalf.
If PDG engages in activities that constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under an applicable privacy law, PDG will provide any notices and choices required by that law.
7. Data Retention
PDG retains information for periods reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, satisfying legal requirements, maintaining necessary business records, and enforcing agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending upon the type of information and the applicable service.
Information subject to a legal hold, preservation obligation, security investigation, dispute, or other legal requirement may be retained longer.
8. Security
PDG uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.
However, no Internet-connected service, device, software system, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Children’s Privacy
PDG services are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information improperly, the parent or guardian may contact PDG.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending upon applicable law and the service you use, you may have rights concerning personal information, which can include rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information.
PDG may need to verify a request before responding.
Certain records may be retained or withheld where permitted or required by law.
11. Third-Party Services
PDG services may interact with independent third-party services.
Information handled directly by those third parties may be governed by their respective policies.
12. International Use
If you use a PDG service outside the United States, information may be processed in jurisdictions different from your own.
PDG will comply with applicable cross-border data requirements where they apply.
13. Changes
PDG may update this Privacy Policy as services or legal requirements change.
The current version will display its effective or updated date.

WEATHER, SAFETY & EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER 08/16/2026
Weather and Environmental Information
Weather conditions can change rapidly.
Forecasts, observations, radar, alerts, camera images, environmental measurements, and related information may contain errors, omissions, delays, or interruptions.
Always consult official sources and observe actual conditions around you.
Emergency Information
Plaza Development Group and ENID do not replace emergency services.
If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.
In the United States, this will ordinarily mean calling 911.
Warning Delivery
Do not depend on ENID, push notifications, email, text messages, web notifications, or any single device as your only method of receiving severe-weather or emergency warnings.
Maintain multiple reliable warning methods when practical.
Storm Chasing and Hazardous Conditions
Storm chasing, severe-weather observation, emergency response, roadside activity, and travel during hazardous conditions involve significant risks.
ENID does not authorize trespassing, unsafe driving, entry into closed areas, violation of traffic laws, interference with emergency operations, or disregard of official orders.
Maps and Location
Maps, addresses, coordinates, routes, and GPS information may be inaccurate or unavailable.
Users remain responsible for assessing actual conditions and selecting safe routes.
No Guarantee
No weather, emergency, or communications system can guarantee that every warning, observation, notification, or emergency message will be available or delivered on time.
FOR QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS CONTACT ENID.SUPPORT@PLAZADEVELOPMENTS.COM | SUPPORT@PLAZADEVELOPMENTS.COM
Effective Date: 08/16/2026
Scope
These ENID & ENID App Terms apply to ENID, ENID Weather, ENID mobile applications, desktop applications, websites, APIs, radar interfaces, camera interfaces, warning and alert features, storm-chasing tools, emergency tools, downloads, and related ENID services operated by Plaza Development Group.
These terms supplement the Plaza Development Group General Terms & Conditions.
Nature of ENID
ENID is an environmental information and situational-awareness platform that may provide weather information, radar information, governmental alerts, camera information, environmental information, geographic information, field tools, notifications, application updates, and other informational services.
Information may originate from PDG systems or third-party sources.
Informational Purpose
ENID is an informational and situational-awareness tool.
ENID is not a replacement for:
- official National Weather Service warnings;
- local emergency-management instructions;
- police, fire, EMS, or 911;
- official evacuation instructions;
- professional meteorological advice;
- required safety equipment;
- responsible situational awareness.
Users should consult authoritative sources and emergency officials when safety is at risk.
Data Delays and Inaccuracies
Weather, radar, camera, environmental, geographic, alert, and other information can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, incorrectly reported, incorrectly interpreted, or affected by third-party outages.
A map, radar image, camera image, forecast, warning, or notification should not be assumed to represent current conditions at a user’s exact location.
Alerts and Notifications
ENID may provide notifications concerning weather, hazards, service status, emergencies, or other events.
Delivery is not guaranteed.
Notifications may be delayed or prevented by operating-system settings, network connectivity, device configuration, battery restrictions, provider outages, application permissions, telecommunications conditions, or other technical factors.
Never rely upon an ENID notification as your sole method of receiving emergency warnings.
Radar
Radar products may contain processing artifacts, attenuation, ground clutter, anomalous propagation, missing data, timing differences, rendering errors, or other limitations.
Radar information should be interpreted together with official warnings and other appropriate sources.
Cameras
Camera images or streams may be delayed, cached, unavailable, obstructed, outdated, incorrectly labeled, or controlled by third parties.
A camera image does not guarantee that conditions remain unchanged after the image was captured.
Storm-Chasing and Field Functions
Storm-chasing and field-operation features are tools for authorized and responsible use.
Users must not:
- drive while distracted;
- trespass;
- enter closed roads or restricted areas;
- interfere with emergency personnel;
- violate traffic laws;
- disregard evacuation orders;
- place themselves or others in danger because of information shown by ENID.
No feature should be interpreted as directing a user toward a dangerous event.
Emergency Features
ENID may provide features that display location information, increase screen brightness, provide access to emergency numbers, display safety information, or otherwise assist a user during an emergency.
ENID itself is not a 911 service, emergency dispatch center, rescue organization, or guaranteed emergency communications system.
Activating an ENID emergency feature does not guarantee that emergency personnel have been contacted or that they have received the user’s location unless the application expressly confirms such communication.
Users should directly contact the appropriate emergency service whenever immediate assistance is required.
Location-Dependent Features
Location-dependent functions depend on device hardware, operating-system permissions, GPS availability, network conditions, mapping services, and other factors.
Location information may be inaccurate.
Do not rely solely upon displayed coordinates or addresses for life-safety navigation.
Offline and Cached Information
Some ENID services may display cached or previously retrieved information when live connectivity is unavailable.
Cached information may not represent current conditions.
Users are responsible for observing any indication that information is offline, cached, delayed, or unavailable.
Third-Party Information
ENID may use governmental, commercial, open-data, mapping, weather, traffic-camera, telecommunications, software, or other third-party resources.
Applicable attribution and third-party conditions remain in effect.
Application Updates
PDG may require updates to continue supporting an ENID application.
Older versions may stop receiving data, security fixes, compatibility updates, or service functionality.
Changes
ENID functionality, coverage, sources, geographic availability, interfaces, applications, and supported platforms may change.
PDG does not guarantee perpetual availability of a particular data source, provider, map layer, camera, radar product, operating system, or feature.
Disclaimer
ENID IS PROVIDED AS AN INFORMATION TOOL AND NOT AS A GUARANTEED LIFE-SAFETY SYSTEM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PDG IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A USER’S DECISION TO RELY EXCLUSIVELY UPON ENID INSTEAD OF OFFICIAL WARNINGS, EMERGENCY SERVICES, OR REASONABLE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS.
FOR QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS CONTACT ENID.SUPPORT@PLAZADEVELOPMENTS.COM | SUPPORT@PLAZADEVELOPMENTS.COM
1. Authorization Required
Access to non-public PDG APIs requires authorization unless PDG expressly designates an API as publicly accessible.
2. Credentials
API credentials, tokens, keys, and secrets must be protected and may not be publicly disclosed, embedded insecurely, sold, transferred, or shared outside authorized use.
3. Rate Limits
PDG may apply technical rate limits, quotas, throttling, or other safeguards.
Users may not intentionally bypass such controls.
4. Security
API users may not attempt to access systems, endpoints, records, functions, accounts, or data for which they are not authorized.
5. Availability
PDG may modify API structures, endpoints, schemas, authentication mechanisms, quotas, versions, or supported functionality.
6. Third-Party Data
API responses may contain or depend upon third-party data.
API access does not grant additional rights to third-party material beyond those available under the applicable license or law.
7. Attribution
Where PDG or a third-party provider requires attribution, developers must preserve the required attribution.
8. No Resale Unless Authorized
API access may not be resold, sublicensed, or used to create a substantially competing commercial data service without written authorization where such restriction is permitted by law.
9. Suspension
PDG may suspend API access because of security threats, abuse, unauthorized activity, excessive load, legal obligations, or material breach of applicable terms.
Federal law recognizes different forms of process for electronic records and also provides for preservation requests; DOJ materials, for example, discuss subpoenas, court orders, nondisclosure orders, and 18 U.S.C. §2703(f) preservation requests.
1. Purpose
These guidelines explain Plaza Development Group’s general procedures for receiving governmental, law-enforcement, civil, and other legally authorized requests for records.
These guidelines are informational and do not waive any right, objection, defense, or legal requirement available to PDG.
2. Valid Legal Process Required
PDG evaluates requests for information under applicable law.
PDG may require a subpoena, warrant, court order, summons, administrative demand, or other form of legal process appropriate to the information requested.
PDG reserves the right to object to requests that are invalid, improperly served, excessively broad, unduly burdensome, vague, unlawful, or inconsistent with applicable jurisdictional requirements.
3. Required Information
Legal process should clearly identify:
- the requesting authority or party;
- the requesting officer, attorney, or authorized representative;
- official contact information;
- the legal authority supporting the request;
- the specific account, user, device, service, or other identifier involved;
- the specific categories of records requested;
- the relevant date range;
- any applicable return date;
- the court, agency, case number, or investigation reference, where applicable.
Requests should be narrowly tailored.
4. Service of Process
Legal process must be delivered to PDG through a method legally sufficient for service.
Electronic submission, if accepted by PDG, does not constitute a waiver of formal service requirements unless PDG expressly agrees.
Legal requests may be directed to:
[LEGAL REQUEST EMAIL]
Physical service:
[REGISTERED AGENT / LEGAL ENTITY / ADDRESS]
5. Preservation Requests
PDG may honor legally valid preservation requests where required by applicable law.
A preservation request must identify the information to be preserved with reasonable specificity.
Preservation does not itself authorize disclosure.
PDG may require separate legal process before producing preserved information.
6. Emergency Requests
Where applicable law permits voluntary emergency disclosure, PDG may evaluate a request involving a good-faith belief that an emergency involving danger of death or serious physical injury requires disclosure without delay.
An emergency request should provide sufficient information explaining:
- the nature of the emergency;
- the person or persons at risk;
- the nature of the threatened harm;
- why the requested information is necessary;
- why ordinary legal process cannot be obtained in time;
- contact information for an authorized official.
Submission of an emergency request does not guarantee disclosure.
7. User Notice
PDG may notify affected users of legal requests unless notice is prohibited by law, court order, or other legally valid restriction, or where PDG determines that notice would create a legally recognized risk.
8. Confidentiality and Nondisclosure
Requests for confidentiality or delayed notification must identify the legal authority supporting the restriction.
PDG does not consider a requester’s preference for secrecy by itself to create a binding nondisclosure obligation.
9. Cost Reimbursement
Where permitted by law, PDG may seek reimbursement for reasonable costs associated with responding to unusually burdensome or technically complex legal requests.
10. International Requests
Requests from authorities outside the jurisdiction in which the relevant PDG entity operates may require applicable international legal procedures.
PDG reserves the right to require appropriate domestication, treaty procedures, court authorization, or other legally recognized process.
11. No Guarantee of Available Records
PDG can produce only information that is reasonably available to it and legally subject to production.
PDG does not guarantee that particular historical information exists, remains retained, or can be recovered.
12. Changes to These Guidelines
PDG may modify these guidelines as laws, services, or procedures change.

6. Security
PDG may implement reasonable safeguards concerning exports or transfers, including identity verification, authentication, rate limits, secure delivery methods, and protections against unauthorized access.
7. Protected Information
PDG may restrict or exclude information from an export or transfer to the extent permitted by law where disclosure would improperly reveal:
- another person’s personal information;

2. Examples
Depending upon the service, third-party resources may include governmental weather information, public alerts, transportation-camera systems, map providers, operating-system services, push-notification systems, hosting providers, cloud providers, telecommunications providers, and software platforms.
References to a third-party provider do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
