Disclaimer
Effective Date: 03/27/2026
Last Updated: 03/27/2026
This Disclaimer applies to all websites, applications, software, dashboards, portals, APIs, systems, tools, integrations, devices, services, and related content operated, maintained, published, licensed, or otherwise made available by Plaza Development Group LLC, including any of its subsidiaries, affiliated brands, assumed names, trade names, and DBAs (collectively, “PDG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using any PDG service, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.
All information, content, materials, tools, features, services, reports, dashboards, outputs, alerts, logs, visualizations, scripts, code samples, integrations, and other resources made available by PDG are provided for general informational, operational, business, administrative, technical, or convenience purposes only unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Nothing made available by PDG should be interpreted as legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, engineering advice, medical advice, law enforcement advice, emergency response guidance, compliance certification, warranty coverage, or any other regulated professional service unless explicitly provided pursuant to a separate written agreement by a properly qualified professional.
Your use of PDG services does not create any attorney-client, fiduciary, advisory, consulting, contractor, public safety, law enforcement, emergency response, engineering, or other professional relationship unless expressly established in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Plaza Development Group LLC.
While PDG may attempt to keep its content, systems, and services accurate and reasonably current, we make no representation or warranty that any information, output, report, API response, dashboard view, device status, log, notification, integration, or content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Information may be delayed, incomplete, outdated, interrupted, misclassified, unavailable, or impacted by user error, third-party systems, hardware limitations, software defects, communication failures, or other factors beyond PDG’s control.
Any reliance you place on PDG services, content, outputs, reports, device interactions, automation functions, recommendations, notifications, data displays, or integrations is strictly at your own risk. You are solely responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it for operational, business, legal, technical, safety, financial, regulatory, or personal decisions.
PDG services are provided on an “as is,” “as available,” and “with all faults” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility, uptime, responsiveness, support response times, or continued access to any feature, platform, API, system, integration, or service.
Services may be modified, restricted, suspended, interrupted, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
PDG services may contain, display, rely upon, or interact with third-party content, software, hardware, websites, APIs, feeds, data sources, service providers, links, vendors, and external systems. PDG does not own or control third-party services unless expressly stated otherwise.
We disclaim responsibility for the accuracy, availability, legality, security, reliability, acts, omissions, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
Certain PDG services may interface with connected hardware, local devices, printers, beacons, sensors, cameras, automation systems, vehicle-related equipment, embedded controllers, remote systems, or other third-party or user-managed equipment. PDG does not warrant that any such integration will function properly, safely, continuously, lawfully, or as expected in every environment.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that hardware, devices, installations, wiring, connected systems, commands, automations, and integration use cases are properly configured, legally authorized, and safe for the intended environment.
PDG services are not designed, intended, or guaranteed for use in life-safety, emergency response, mission-critical, public safety, medical, industrial control, transportation control, security response, or other high-risk environments where failure, delay, inaccuracy, or interruption could result in injury, death, property damage, regulatory violation, or significant harm.
You must not rely on PDG services as a sole or primary source for emergency decision-making, law enforcement action, rescue activity, safety monitoring, incident response, medical response, or any similarly sensitive use.
Although PDG may implement reasonable safeguards, no website, app, system, dashboard, API, network, device integration, communication channel, or digital service can be guaranteed to be fully secure. We do not guarantee that any service will be free from vulnerabilities, unauthorized access, interception, misuse, corruption, malware, service disruption, or data loss.
You are responsible for implementing your own security measures, access controls, verification procedures, backups, and risk management practices as appropriate for your use.
PDG makes no guarantee regarding any specific result, outcome, savings, detection capability, uptime improvement, operational efficiency, risk reduction, incident prevention, monitoring success, integration success, compliance benefit, or business impact from the use of any PDG service.
Any code samples, snippets, templates, suggested configurations, commands, scripts, markup, automation logic, integration instructions, technical examples, or implementation guidance made available by PDG are provided for general informational and illustrative purposes only.
Such materials may not be complete, production-ready, secure, compatible, or appropriate for your specific environment. You are solely responsible for testing, validating, reviewing, and safely deploying anything before use in a live environment.
PDG may permit users or authorized parties to upload, input, submit, post, transmit, store, or otherwise provide content, files, commands, reports, media, data, or other materials. PDG does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any user-generated or third-party-submitted material.
Any such content reflects the views, actions, or responsibility of the submitting party and not necessarily those of Plaza Development Group LLC.
PDG may log, monitor, review, preserve, and analyze technical and operational information for security, diagnostics, troubleshooting, compliance, service integrity, fraud prevention, and incident response. However, logging or monitoring does not guarantee real-time review, complete detection, immediate intervention, or successful prevention of misuse, intrusion, or system failure.
Nothing on any PDG service constitutes legal process, official investigative authority, law enforcement instruction, criminal justice guidance, regulatory interpretation, or guaranteed compliance support. Any references to reporting, logging, incident review, preservation, or cooperation with legal process are operational and informational in nature unless otherwise required by law or expressly set forth in a separate written agreement.
If PDG provides a mechanism for vulnerability, abuse, or incident reporting, submission of a report does not create any duty to respond, remediate, compensate, publicly disclose, or pursue corrective action within any particular timeline unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
PDG does not grant permission to test, scan, probe, exploit, or access any system merely because a reporting channel exists.
Links to external websites or services are provided solely for convenience. PDG does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, security, or operations of any linked site or service.
Reference to any third-party product, brand, service, platform, vendor, integration, or organization does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, approval, partnership, or recommendation by PDG unless expressly stated in writing.
Any discussion of planned features, future services, roadmap items, integrations, compatibility goals, development concepts, or operational intentions is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a promise, commitment, warranty, or binding obligation to deliver any particular feature or functionality.
PDG services may assist users with organization, data display, monitoring, reporting, workflow support, automation, or technical convenience. However, final responsibility for all business, administrative, legal, operational, compliance, personnel, technical, and safety decisions remains solely with the user or the applicable responsible party.
This Disclaimer is intended to supplement, and not replace, any limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer, acceptable use restriction, or other protective provision contained in PDG’s Terms of Use or other applicable agreements. In the event of overlap, those provisions shall be read as broadly and consistently as permitted by law.
PDG reserves the right to update, modify, revise, or replace this Disclaimer at any time, in its sole discretion. Any changes will become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of PDG services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
